The hostess was very welcoming. The bedroom particulary pleasant and very clean. Very beautiful restoration. The area very quiet and restfull. Proximity of the sea and the village. I will recommand this house to my friends and relatives without hesitation. The breakfast : amazing ! Très bon accueil. La chambre très propre et la salle de bain très confortable. Interesting hotel in an exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location very close to Waterville Golf course, loved this place. Location: the venue was near to a restaurant and the beach promenade and the city. After long day I visited Fishermen's Bar for a couple of drinks.

Hosts Mr & Mrs Brown very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful, despite inclement weather - not something they could do anything about but they made some great suggestions for things to do.

The owner was very helpful- and we did appreciate her calling to see whether we'd be able to get out to Skelling Michael the following day. The breakfast was very nice and the beds very comfortable.
Being able to make your own cup of tea is very convenient when travelling, to allow you to relax in your room without having to bother the owner and to do it at all times. The lack of internet access when it is advertised as a feature of the property is a serious let down- we have had a family member hospitalised while we've been travelling and we were relying on this access to call home- as a result we were out of range from any communication whilst at this hotel. We've also stayed in B&Bs around Southern Ireland over the past week, all of which have cost 5-15 euros less which provided much more service- so we felt this was a little overpriced.
